The valley station of the modern gondola lifts, which take you to the Mayrhofen ski area Penken, is located in the immediate vicinity of our house. You can leave your car at the Larchergut and simply take the regular, free ski buses to the valley station. There is a ski bus stop right in front of our house.

In Mayrhofen, there are three ski areas (Ahorn, Horberg, and Penken) with a total of 159 kilometers of slopes for you to enjoy in the snowy splendor.
There are slopes for beginners, advanced skiers, and even professionals—including Austria's steepest slope, the Harakiri. The high altitude of the ski areas and a comprehensive snowmaking system offer 100 percent snow reliability even in winters with little snow.
