Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about booking, arrival, amenities, cancellation, and more. Is there a parking garage?
Free parking spaces are available directly at the house. There is no garage.

Can I bring my bike/e-bike?
You are welcome to store your bicycle or e-bike with us during the summer. We will show you the appropriate place on site.

Unfortunately, I have to cancel my vacation—what now?
Our cancellation policy:
- Up to 3 months before arrival: Free cancellation.
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% cancellation fee.
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% cancellation fee.
- Less than 1 week before arrival: 90% cancellation fee.

Is there cancellation insurance?
We recommend taking out travel insurance, e.g., through Europäische Reiseversicherung. This will ensure that you are well covered in case of an emergency.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Access code: wifi2000

Is there a bread roll service in the apartment?
Yes – if you order in advance, we will deliver fresh bread rolls directly to your apartment at around 7:00 a.m. Please place your orders by 6:00 p.m. the day before.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed here.

How can I pay my bill?
You can pay in cash on site or in advance by bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards.

Are bed linens and towels provided in the apartment?
Yes – both are included in the price. Towels can be changed on request. Please leave them outside your apartment door in the evening.

I am traveling with an electric vehicle. Is there an electric charging station in the apartment?
Yes, there is an electric charging station at our farm (charging for a fee). There are additional public charging stations available in Mayrhofen.

How far away is the nearest mountain railway?
The nearest mountain railway is the Horbergbahn, which is approximately 1.6 km away. The Penkenbahn and Ahornbahn in the center of Mayrhofen are approximately 3 km away. All mountain railways can be easily reached by ski bus.

How far away is the nearest ski bus stop?
The ski bus stop is only about 100 m away from the Larchergut – easily accessible on foot.

Is there a ski storage room/ski boot dryer?
Yes, we have a spacious ski room with ski boot dryers in our basement, where you can comfortably change and store your ski equipment.

Is there a cot and a high chair?
Yes – we can provide both free of charge upon request. Please let us know when booking or before arrival.
