Located close to our house is the valley terminal for modern gondola lifts, which carry you up into Mayrhofen's Penken ski area. You can safely leave your car right here with us at the Larchergut and simply hop aboard the regular, free ski shuttles to the lift terminal. A stop for the ski bus is right outside our house.
Mayrhofen's three local ski areas (Ahorn, Horberg and Penken) offer you a total of 159 kilometers of slopes and glorious wintertime enjoyment in the "white stuff".
There are slopes for beginners, experienced skiers and also for pros - including the steepest hill in all of Austria. The elevations of the ski areas and comprehensive snowmaking coverage guarantee 100% reliable snow conditions, even in those seasons when Old Man Winter doesn't cooperate.
